Frequently Asked Questions

Questions clients ask before requesting a quote.

How quickly can you provide a quote?

Most quote requests can be reviewed within 4 business hours when the project address, drawings and required service are provided.

What information should I send?

Send the site address, relevant drawings, council or permit conditions, photos and any deadline. The more context provided, the faster the scope can be confirmed.

What kinds of services do you provide?

The core services include Traffic Management Plans, Construction Traffic Management Plans, Traffic Guidance Schemes, Swept Path Analysis, Traffic Impact Assessments and car park design support.

Do you help with small jobs as well as larger projects?

Yes. The Traffic Planner works across residential, commercial and civil-style jobs. Some projects need a full report, while others only need a focused letter or plan.

Can you work from approval conditions or a council request?

Yes. If you have a notice of determination, consent condition, council email or permit request, send it through and it can be used to confirm the right deliverable.

Do I need a TMP or a CTMP?

That depends on the project. A TMP is often focused on traffic changes on or near the road network, while a CTMP is generally used to manage construction-related impacts such as deliveries, access, worker parking and staging. If unsure, send the conditions or brief and we can advise.

Can swept path analysis be done as a separate service?

Yes. Swept path analysis can be prepared as its own deliverable or combined with traffic, parking or access advice.

How do I get started?

Use the quote form, email through the available documents, or call directly. From there, the required scope and next step can be confirmed quickly.
